Local Business Development Manager Role



We are seeking a skilled Local Business Development Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses to identify their vehicle needs and provide tailored sales solutions.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and engage with local businesses to understand their vehicle requirements
  • Provide expert knowledge of vehicle options and finance solutions to meet business needs
  • Meet sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and regulations to provide informed advice


Requirements:




  • Previous experience in vehicle sales, preferably with B2B sales experience
  • Excellent influencing and customer management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle options and finance solutions
  • Committed to adhering to company procedures and regulations
