Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and team performance, adhering to company standards and tailoring approaches to meet individual needs.
  • Develop and implement quarterly business plans aligned with retail targets, marketing calendars, and product launches, including specific objectives and activations for key launches.
  • Maintain operational excellence, including housekeeping and visual merchandising standards, to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Ensure delivery of retail sales targets and key performance indicators, providing coaching and development opportunities for the team through individual development plans and regular feedback.
  • Effectively manage staff from partner agencies and monitor in-store sales performance, identifying top performers and maintaining strong relationships to support key trading periods.
  • Manage business budgets for staffing, overtime, POSM supplies, expenses, and other expenditures, ensuring accurate records and review with the Regional Manager.
Person Specification:
  • Experience in managing beauty consultants.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Business Manager counterparts, sharing workload and prioritizing effectively according to business needs.
  • Results-driven and commercially articulate, delivering strong reports that reflect KPIs, productivity, trading conditions, customer demographics, anecdotal feedback, retail activations, customer recruitment, and business-building initiatives.
  • Ability to be proactive and reactive as required, with an agile mindset.
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills to gain support from partner retailers and the team in delivering business plans and objectives.
  • Makeup and fragrance training preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, including in-person, digital, and remote communication, with the ability to define targets and goals with the team, articulate them, and review performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing business and market needs, with a positive and progressive approach.
  • Competent IT skills, including Outlook and MS Office.
