Business Development Manager

The Role of the Business Development Manager
- To sell a range of vascular access products, including IV, extension sets, and accessories.
- Selling to A&E, theatres, maternity, CT, and pathology departments.
- To work with other sales specialists and provide training on specific products.
- To meet and exceed financial and non-financial targets.
- To analyze the market, develop a sales strategy, and present it to management for approval.
- To perform all activities to maximize sales, from product introduction to closing and contract negotiation.
- To conduct regular product evaluations.
- To achieve weekly and monthly KPIs, such as face-to-face meetings.
- To cover the Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, and Cambridge areas.
Benefits of the Business Development Manager
- £32,000-£40,000 (dependent on experience).
- £15,000-£25,000 OTE.

The Ideal Candidate for the Business Development Manager
- At least 3 years of sales experience with consistent over-plan performance.
- Thorough knowledge of the decision-making process with customers.
- Ideal qualifications include a degree in life science, engineering, business, or a relevant advanced degree.
- Previous medical sales experience is an advantage but not required.
- Results-oriented and sales force competencies.
- Team-oriented and full driving license.
