Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Catershaw Recruitment. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and managing all B2B and B2C relationships to add and grow revenue streams across all areas of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a clear and responsive business development plan, outlining specific and measurable targets across all areas of our business.
- Identify and qualify relevant prospects and leads for all revenue pipelines across our business segments.
- Build and maintain excellent networks and working relationships with key accounts, prospects, target accounts, and lapsed accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they deliver on all targets.
- Proven track record in business development, with hospitality and events experience in B2B and B2C relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- 41 days annual leave, inclusive of Bank Holidays.
