Business Development Manager Opportunity

Charles Jenson Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive lead generation and sales.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships with partners and clients.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development and sales.
  • Extensive knowledge of targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Consultative sales experience and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Experience selling LMS or software platforms.
  • Account management and sales experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
