Business Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Charles Jenson Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the brand, driving marketing campaigns, generating leads, and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify sales opportunities in target markets
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Execute marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships
  • Research and develop relationships with potential new clients
  • Put together sales proposals
  • Manage ongoing pipeline and keep it updated on a day-to-day basis
  • Represent the company at exhibitions
Requirements:
  • New business development B2B experience
  • Extensive experience of targeted lead generation campaigns
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Experience selling LMS or software platforms
  • Account Management
  • Sales experience
  • Business development skills
