Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Charles Jenson Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and executing sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners to increase business and revenue.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor research.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Execute sales campaigns to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the software and LMS industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
