We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Charles Jenson Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the brand, driving marketing campaigns, generating leads, and closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify sales opportunities in target markets
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Execute marketing campaigns across various channels
- Maintain and develop existing relationships
- Research and develop relationships with potential new clients
- Put together sales proposals
- Manage ongoing pipeline and keep it updated on a day-to-day basis
- Represent the company at exhibitions

- Extensive experience of targeted lead generation campaigns
- Consultative sales experience
- Experience selling LMS or software platforms
