Business Development Manager

Charles Jenson Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities in target markets, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events channels.
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships with partners.
  • Research and develop relationships with potential new clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and update it on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new business development B2B.
  • Extensive experience in targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Consultative sales experience.
  • Experience selling LMS or software platforms.
  • Account management skills.
  • Sales experience.
  • Business development skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Presentation and face-to-face skills.
