We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House and Kitchen Team Members who are passionate about preparing delicious products and delivering great customer service as part of a team.

Our ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

The salary for this role is £11.60 per hour, inclusive of a weekly mystery shopper bonus of £1.25 per hour.*

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in our Pret shops
  • To prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • To work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
