Sales Manager for Domestic Ventilation Solutions

Nuaire, a UK-based ventilation solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Residential External Sales Team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Nuaire's residential product ranges, including PIV and dMEV solutions, to the social housing market in designated geographic areas.
As an ambassador for Nuaire, you will develop strategic relationships with local authorities, housing associations, main and sub-contractors, and build strong business connections through regular visits, calls, and professional meetings, seminars, and events. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure specifications are held and profitably negotiated at order/contract stage.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, experience managing customer relationships in a sales environment, and excellent negotiation and influencing skills. You will be self-aware, with good people skills, able to gain respect and trust from customers and colleagues alike, and confidently present product information to a wide audience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a strategic network of local authority, housing association, main and sub-contractor contacts and building strong business relationships.
- Identifying new prospects and developing new business opportunities with lower spending high potential accounts.
- Working closely with other Nuaire External Sales Team colleagues across the business to ensure specifications are held and profitably negotiated at order/contracts stage.
- Maintaining accurate and current project logs, undertaking sales administration, and providing regular updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
The salary for this role is £53,280.00-£59,200.00 per year. Benefits include company pension, free parking, life insurance, and on-site parking. The work location is in person. Job Type: Full-time.
