Customer Liaison Officer Role

Job Title: Customer Liaison Officer
In the role of Customer Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with agreed levels of service. This involves managing close-out calls with customers at the end of jobs, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. You will also support the wider team in understanding and analysing customer survey data to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive to various work sites to assess and report on power outages affecting connected customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers to inform them about planned works and potential power outages, including expected duration.
- Identify and register customers who may require additional support on the Priority Services Register (PSR) for essential power needs.
- Ensure accuracy of data by verifying that site conditions match existing records, checking for defects at poles, lines, and substations.
- Document findings and report any discrepancies or issues to management for further action.
Salary Estimate: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience and location.
