Utility Field Support Officer

We are looking for a skilled Utility Field Support Officer to join our team at Network Plus Services Careers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive an excellent service and ensuring compliance against agreed levels of service.
The estimated salary for this position is around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
You will trace and follow power lines to precisely identify the properties affected by the outage and update customer records by adding buildings in the affected area and removing those not impacted. Key responsibilities also include communicating effectively with customers to inform them about planned works and potential power outages.
