Wales Office Administration Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Property graduate to join our team as an Office Manager at Ernest Gordon Recruitment, a leading estate agency in Newtown, Wales.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic estate agency environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of property valuation, sale, and administration, including general ad hoc administration tasks and assisting the team in driving business growth.
To succeed in this position, you will need experience within property or office administration and a strong desire to work in a local estate agency environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between £30,000 - £38,000, including commission and benefits, and the standard working hours are 9 am to 5 pm.
