At Network Plus Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our utility sector team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive an excellent service and experience minimal disruption to their power supply. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, basic understanding of electrical systems, and experience working with customers in a mobile or field-based setting. You will be required to drive to various work sites, assess and report on power outages, communicate effectively with customers, and update customer records accordingly. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, opportunities for career advancement, and comprehensive training and support.
