In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring pool activities, responding to emergencies, and providing first aid and emergency care when needed. You will also be expected to engage with customers, promote our services, and contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the leisure centre.

As a successful candidate, you'll possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A valid NPLQ qualification is essential, and prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
