Are you a motivated and experienced Health and Safety professional looking for a new challenge? We are working with a leading infrastructure contractor to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor to support projects across Wales and the Midlands.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position that requires the successful candidate to spend most of their time on-site, with one day a week in the office and one day from home. The role involves delivering hands-on health and safety support to site teams, reviewing risk assessments and method statements, and conducting site audits and inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and approving risk assessments and method statements to ensure they meet industry standards;
  • Conducting regular site audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
  • Building strong relationships with on-site teams to promote a positive health and safety culture and encourage employee engagement.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
