Job Title: Lifeguard

We are looking for a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while they enjoy our facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing a clean and safe facility for our customers to use, as well as responding to emergencies and incidents that may arise.

We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and the ability to work flexibly and follow instructions from managers.

A valid NPLQ qualification is essential for this role, and we also offer opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Working Hours:

37 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (rota basis) to ensure our facilities are open and available to our customers

Salary:

£22,069 per annum, reflecting your valuable contributions to our team
