The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Community Care Coordinator to join our team in Cumnock. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating community care services, ensuring that service users receive the support they need to live independently.
About the RoleYour key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily care plans and schedules.
- Monitoring service user progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure effective delivery of care services.
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
