Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Support Practitioner to support vulnerable individuals in our community.

This role requires no prior care experience, as comprehensive training and qualifications will be provided through our award-winning learning & development team.

Please note that due to service requirements, only female candidates will be considered for this position.

A valid driving licence and access to a manual vehicle are essential, as you will need to drive occasionally as part of your duties.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £29,000 per annum.

Role Requirements
  • Plan and attend leisure activities with individuals, promoting engagement with their communities.
  • Provide practical support to help individuals maintain their tenancy, including daily household tasks.
