Role Overview

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a skilled Care Specialist to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive difference in someone's life by providing support and assistance.

About the Job
  • Social Support: Assist individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities.
  • Personal Care: Promote individuals' wellbeing by assisting with bathing, dressing, arranging visits with healthcare professionals, and incontinence care.
  • Practical Support: Encourage daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping to help individuals maintain their tenancy.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet individuals' needs.
  2. Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals to promote their independence and confidence.
  3. Maintain accurate records of individuals' progress and update support plans as needed.

This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality support services and ensuring individuals receive the best possible care. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
