Job Overview
The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our Cumnock service, supporting individuals in our communities. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive difference in someone's life by providing social support and promoting personal care.

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to assist individuals with their daily needs, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and household tasks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for encouraging daily activities and outings to leisure activities.

Your Responsibilities:
• Social Support: Assist individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to leisure activities.
• Personal Care: Promote personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, arranging visits with healthcare professionals, and incontinence care.
• Practical Support: Help individuals maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
