Residential Child Care Professional

Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a highly responsible and accountable Residential Child Care Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in pursuing relevant child care qualifications and training.
Job SummaryThis part-time role involves working on a rota pattern of one day on and two days off, with a start time of 7:30am to 10:30pm. As a Residential Child Care Professional, you will be based within one home on a full-time basis and work closely with a team to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable young people.
Key Responsibilities- Providing support on a one-to-one or two-to-one basis to children and young people, depending on their needs
- Safeguarding young people from risk and harm, while promoting their physical and emotional well-being
- Driving company vehicles to transport young people to appointments, education, and other activities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full, valid UK driving licence for manual vehicles
- Highly responsible and accountable when it comes to safeguarding children and young people
- A creative ability towards having fun and learning new skills
- Proficient IT skills and experience using Microsoft packages
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
