No prior experience in care is required, as we offer comprehensive training and support for all our staff.
You'll work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality care and support services.
A competitive salary of £27,000 - £34,000 per annum awaits the successful candidate, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Support Practitioner, you will:
- Provide one-to-one support and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Assess client needs, develop individualised care plans, and monitor progress.
- Work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
