Community Care Practitioner

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Community Care Practitioner to join our team in Cumnock. As a Support Practitioner, you will work closely with individuals to provide personalized support and promote their independence.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A valid driving licence and access to a car are required due to service requirements.

Salary and BenefitsThis is a 35-hour per week post with a salary of £26,000 per annum. You will also receive a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a Support Practitioner may include:
- Providing social support to individuals, including planning and attending outings to leisure activities
- Promoting personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with healthcare professionals
- Helping individuals maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a valid driving licence with access to a car. You will receive full training prior to starting the role.
