Mental Health Support Practitioner

Our Cumnock service is looking for a Support Practitioner to join their team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our service users.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Social Support: Assisting individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities.
- Personal Care: Assisting people to maintain their wellbeing by promoting their personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing, arranging visits with the dentist/doctor, and incontinence care.
- Practical Support: Helping people to maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.

The estimated salary for this role is around £27,000-£32,000 per year, depending on experience.
