The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is a leading provider of support services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives.
We offer a comprehensive induction program and ongoing training to ensure our employees have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles. A valid driving license and access to a personal car are necessary due to service requirements.
Job Description- Support Planning: Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet individuals' needs and goals.
- Support Delivery: Provide direct support to individuals, including social support, personal care, and practical assistance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of individuals' progress and update support plans as needed.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role or relevant sector.
- An SVQ 2 or higher in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
