Care Worker - New Cumnock

Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a highly responsible and accountable individual to work as a Residential Child Care Worker in New Cumnock. The successful candidate will be part of a team providing support on a one-to-one or two-to-one basis, depending on the needs of the child.

Job Summary:

This role offers an incredible opportunity to work with children and young people, promoting their well-being and safety. As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will be required to drive company vehicles to ensure our young people attend appointments, education, and other activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and nurturing environment.
  • Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport young people to appointments, education, and activities.
Requirements:
  • Highly responsible and accountable when it comes to safeguarding children and young people.
  • A keen interest in pursuing relevant childcare qualifications and training.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence (all homes have well-maintained vehicles).
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Pebbles Care Limited offers a range of benefits, including 6 weeks annual leave, auto-enrolment into a pension scheme, and a cash back healthcare plan.
