Support Worker Specialist

Become a part of The Richmond Fellowship Scotland team in Cumnock, making a positive impact on individuals' lives.
This Support Practitioner role requires no prior experience in care; we provide full training and support. The position involves 35 hours per week, with flexible scheduling possible.
Please note that due to service requirements, only female candidates can apply. Additionally, a valid driving licence and access to your own car are necessary.
Your duties may include:
- Assisting individuals to participate in community activities, such as outings to leisure centres, cinemas, or swimming pools.
- Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and arranging medical appointments.
- Offering practical support, such as household chores, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £20,500-£24,000.
All successful applicants will receive a conditional offer, pending satisfactory references and PVG checks. Having a past conviction will not necessarily prevent you from working in this field.
