Support Staff Required for SEN Role

We are recruiting for a Support Staff member to work with a young person with Autism and related conditions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling the individual to live independently and participate fully in community life.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the individual with daily living tasks, attending appointments, and participating in leisure activities. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the individual's support network.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience working with children with Autism and related conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with the individual and their family
  • Full clean driver's license and use of own car
