Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering person-centred care services to our customers, working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to customers as per their care plan
- Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration
- Promote independence and encourage customers to make their own decisions
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a care setting
- Level 2 or higher qualification in Health and Social Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
