Leadership Opportunity: Sales Leadership in Embedded Technology

IC Resources is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth in our Embedded Computing Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and be passionate about cutting-edge technology.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to develop new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with R&D teams and CEOs to understand customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and close deals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or commercial discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership.
  • Strong relationship management skills and a successful sales track record.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
