Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner - Scrub to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate fully as a team member, including working in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information, and supporting colleagues to promote a cohesive team and achieve team objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating theatre environment, ensuring a safe and efficient working space for patients and staff.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and respect for patients' dignity and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.

Requirements

  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration
  • Postgraduate experience in Theatres
  • 12 months Surgical (scrub) experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others
