**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Scrub Practitioner to join our team at a leading private hospital in the UK. As a key member of our theatre team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver exceptional patient care, utilizing evidence-based practice and adhering to strict clinical standards.
  2. Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate all aspects of patient care, ensuring seamless coordination with other healthcare professionals.
  3. Prepare patients and provide assistance for clinical/operative procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient theatre environment.
  4. Collaborate with the theatre team, sharing knowledge and expertise to promote a cohesive and effective team dynamic.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Theatre Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner, with a strong background in theatre operations.
  2. Registered to practice in the UK, with a valid professional registration.
