Job Overview

RJS Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Lead Theatre Practitioner to join their team in the Theatre Department on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of theatre practitioners to ensure the smooth operation of the theatre department.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new theatre technologies and equipment.
