About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HLTA/Intervention Lead to join our team at Teaching Vacancies. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective interventions to support students with special educational needs (SEN) and autism.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a comprehensive support plan for each student.
  • Provide individualized support to students, focusing on their academic and personal growth.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in working with students with SEN and autism.
  • Strong knowledge of teaching and learning strategies, including differentiated instruction and behavior management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
