Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Mentor for Children with Additional Needs to join our team in Tottenham, Haringey. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of students
- Support students with physical or sensory impairments during lessons and activities
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience working with children with special educational needs
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
