Role Overview: TimePlan Education is seeking an experienced Youth Support Mentor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to primary school children with additional needs, promoting their social, emotional, and educational development.

Salary Information: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can provide high-quality support to our students. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1-to-1 support to students in a classroom setting.
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in youth work or special education.
  • Prior experience working with children with additional needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
