Support Specialist for Children with Additional Needs

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate teaching assistant to join our team at our primary school in Hackney, East London. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one and group support to students with ASD, SEMH, and PMLD, assisting teachers in delivering personalized learning plans and helping students engage with classroom activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support to students with complex needs
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans

Requirements:
