Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work closely with our students who have additional educational needs. This rewarding role involves supporting students in the classroom, helping them gain confidence in their learning journey and assisting teachers in delivering individualized learning plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting children with additional educational needs in the classroom, helping them engage with the curriculum.
- Assisting teachers in delivering individualized learning plans and providing tailored support to help children achieve their academic goals.
- Encouraging positive behavior and building students' confidence and independence.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or similar role is advantageous.
- A passion for supporting students with additional educational needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A clear DBS check.
- Legal right to work within the UK.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
