Dedicated Support Professional for Children with High Needs

A compassionate and skilled professional is sought to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs. An Outstanding Primary School in Kensington & Chelsea requires a dedicated individual to support a child with high needs, providing essential guidance and encouragement within a nurturing environment.
- The SEND Partner Teacher position involves working closely with a child, supporting their educational and social development.
- Collaborate with experienced SEN staff to develop and implement tailored support plans, benefiting from on-site specialists, including an Educational Psychologist and a Speech and Language Therapist.
- This long-term role offers hands-on experience in a supportive, forward-thinking school setting in Kensington & Chelsea.
- An opportunity to work alongside specialists, gaining insights into SEN best practices, and build experience in a role that supports professional development, ideal for aspiring SEN teachers and education professionals.
- Prior experience working with children with SEND or high needs is essential.
- A positive, adaptable approach to helping children with diverse needs thrive, as well as strong communication skills and a commitment to providing a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
£100-£110 per day (inclusive of holiday pay), paid via PAYE, offering competitive pay for a rewarding role in Kensington & Chelsea.
