Learning & Behaviour Mentor - East London
We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support children with complex mental health disorders and learning needs in a school setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people who have difficulty attending mainstream school due to their needs, and possess a background in supporting children with behaviour, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and learning difficulties.
The successful Behaviour Mentor will be able to build strong relationships with the children and provide individualised support to help them overcome their challenges.
In return, we offer a competitive daily rate of £120-130 depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and training.

Behaviour Mentor Requirements:
- Experience of working with young people with behaviour, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and learning difficulties.
- Experience with SEMH, Trauma, Sensory processing, social communication.
- Youth Mentor/Worker experience.
- Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships.
- A passion for working with SEND is essential.
