Administrative Assistant for Human Resources

Austin Fraser's construction specialist is looking for a skilled Generalist HR Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Human Resources department, providing support in various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support to the Human Resources department
• Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate staff training initiatives, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
• Prepare HR documents and reports as required
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all staff members
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong administrative skills and experience within a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
