Generalist HR Assistant

The Austin Fraser construction specialist is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant for Human Resources to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Human Resources department, working closely with the team to ensure smooth operation of various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Human Resources department with daily tasks and duties
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
• Organize and coordinate staff training initiatives, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
• Prepare and disseminate HR documents and reports as required
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service to all staff members
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong administrative skills and experience within a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications
Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
