Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Mid-Market Sales Manager to join our team at SmartestEnergy Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our energy transition strategy forward.

About the Role:

This is a high-profile position that requires exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for renewable energy. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing a sales strategy that maximizes commercial opportunities in the mid-market segment, and building strong relationships with third-party intermediaries (TPIs) and direct customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, Development, and Maintenance: Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain existing relationships, and collaborate with TPIs to expand our customer base.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence, provide guidance and support, and drive results-oriented performance from your team members.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals, ensuring proactive responses to market trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the mid-market channel, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, TPIs, and customers, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of achievement in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to think strategically, build strong relationships, and drive results-oriented performance will be essential in delivering our business objectives.
