About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Treasury Management Office in Europe, driving the development and profitable growth of our transaction banking business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a customer-focused strategy to deepen existing client relationships and source new transaction banking business across our GTB products and solutions.
  • Promote business development in line with our business line and Group strategy, focusing on core markets and core solutions across the network.
  • Lead a diverse team of treasury management officers and product solutions specialists, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with key partners across the bank to deliver a high level of cross-border service to our primary clients.
  • Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects, and clients through on-site and virtual meetings, industry conferences, and client entertainment and events.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in transaction banking, including global cash management, liquidity management, trade and working capital solutions, and/or corporate banking.
  • Knowledge and understanding of transaction banking products, credit and risk processes, and pricing philosophy.
  • Exceptional experience in sales, product/account management, legal, and/or credit risk analysis roles within a banking environment.
  • Success in managing a team and meeting/exceeding stated growth and return objectives.
  • Concern and regard for managing operational and enterprise risk in a developed and highly regulated market.
  • Minimum degree qualification in a relevant subject.
