As a key member of our People and Organisational Development function, you will play a critical role in supporting our divisions to achieve their objectives through the provision of proactive, value-adding, strategically aligned advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of workforce plans and annual refresh to ensure sustainable workforce risks are captured and addressed.
  • Lead the development of policies, strategies, and plans to enhance workforce performance, talent, leadership, learning, and culture.
  • Partner with senior leaders to effectively manage and transform services to deliver best care for everyone.
  • Support the transformational development of the HR Business Partner portfolio and role, aligning with the National People Plan and Futures of HR & OD work.
  • Operate in a continuous improvement environment, delivering high-quality, professional HR practice.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of autonomous operational HR experience.
  • Experience in managing complex and sensitive employment relations issues.
