About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners receiving Learner Support Funding and delivering specialist training and support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of learners, providing timely and effective support to ensure their successful progression through their apprenticeship programs.
  • Deliver specialist training and support to learners in line with the ESFA Funding Rules, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all work and data entry.
  • Collaborate with trainers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achievement of learner goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on Learner Support and Wellbeing requirements, ensuring consistency and accuracy of processes.
  • Contribute to the development of staff guidance documents and training materials to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Support the submission of Government-funded contract data through optimal utilisation of Government Funding Portals and the Learning Management System (Maytas).
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual bonus, health cash plan, life assurance, and discounted benefits. Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, learners, and external partners.
  • Knowledge of the automotive training business, Learner Support, and government-funded programs is desirable.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
