Customer Support Specialist

At Capital One, we're looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Specialist Customer Support Team, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers overcome various challenges, including difficulties with credit card payments due to health issues, job loss, or other vulnerabilities.
About the Role:
- You'll have effective and impactful conversations with our customers, understanding their individual circumstances and agreeing on suitable solutions.
- You'll remain customer-focused, prioritizing their needs and making decisions that put them at the center.
- You'll signpost customers to additional support resources and use your judgment to determine the right outcome for each customer.
