Key responsibilities
  • Engage in effective and empathetic conversations with customers to understand their individual circumstances and needs.
  • Collaborate with customers to agree on suitable solutions from a range of options that support their well-being.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and Capital One policies to ensure compliance and provide accurate guidance.
  • Remain customer-focused and prioritize their needs in every decision.
  • Support customers through sensitive and challenging situations, taking into account any vulnerabilities or special needs.
  • Signpost customers to additional support resources and services.
  • Exercise judgment to determine the best outcome for each customer.

  • A team player with integrity and a commitment to treating customers and colleagues with respect.
  • First-hand experience in the finance industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
